Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure shipping box, ensuring the return form is included inside the package.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid return shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
